Excellent Carnitas (deep fried pork meat). This is what the restaurant makes its profit on. All the other things sold are mainly for the restaurant customers. There main hours of operation are on the weekend and you can tell by the line that form

This was my first experience with food from Senegal and I was totally happy with my choice of Yassa Chicken, the Jollef rice was great as were the plantains. I am looking forward to going back and trying their other dishes.
