Excellent Carnitas (deep fried pork meat). This is what the restaurant makes its profit on. All the other things sold are mainly for the restaurant customers. There main hours of operation are on the weekend and you can tell by the line that form up, down and around the counter with people spilling into the street at times. They are there to order the carnitas. Seating is very limited and the service is good. If you go there for the first time on a weekend be aware you may encounter culture shock. Just remember go with the flow as the natives are very friendly and there for one purpose... the fabulous carnitas of Sabas Vega.
