I've been getting food from the Poplar Level store for a long time, in recent months the quality of the food and service has gotten noticeably worse.

On Sat eve, May 24, about 8pm, I and two friends stopped there to get food. When I placed my order I noticed that the young woman was paying more attention to her earphones than to what I was saying. Not surprisingly, the order was wrong.

When I pointed this out to the employee, her face turned to a grim scowl that stayed pasted to her face until we left.

And even after she re-packed our order, it was still wrong. And two of the 7 chicken breasts she put in the box were dry and much of the skin and breading were missing.

I think Indi's needs to put more effort into training their people to behave reasonably well.

I think it will be quite a while before I try Indi's again.
I used to pass by Popeye's, Church's, and KFC to get to Indi's, well I will be stopping at one of these now.

We went there on April 3 at the Tacoma one and we had a bad dinner and the management called and offered us 50 free wings we went tonight with the same seven people from our family. It was the best we've ever had we will definitely be going back.
