Simply the best. Flavor is the best I've found anywhere. It's always fresh and hot, prepared just for you. And you can have things altered if you want (hold the mushrooms, add extra broccoli, make it mild or extra spicy). Service is fast and friendly. Owner (Mr. Leng) is always on-site. Nearby out-of-town relatives have me bring it to them when we visit them. Colorado relatives insist we go there when they visit Charlotte. Only down side is their prices have increased, but, but it's still reasonable. All Non-smoking atmosphere is also a definite plus. "New-T Chicken" is my personal favorite, but everything on the menu is excellent!

Ask for your food to be cooked "french style" for some of the best tasting food in Charlotte. I ate lunch there 3-5 times a week for several years.You won't find better food or better value anywhere in the city.

The building is small and does not have the extra decor like some other places but it is clean. And the food is wonderful. I especially like the veggie fried rice and egg dropp soup which has lots of egg and spring onion

Great place for a family dinner. I took my family here before the symphony and the food and the service were great. The udon noodles and the crispy tofu were favorites but everything was flavorful and nicely presented. T
