I rate Golden Nugget very high wonderful

There is only one word to describe the Golden Nugget Pancake House - Out of this World! (oops! that was four)

My work has planned an outing to this restaurant, I have read some incredible reviews about this restaurant, especially considering how easily narcissistic our society is. What I haven't heard is anything about healthy options. I am on weight watchers, and I have no idea what I am going to do. I want to go, but I really don't want to sacrifice points for one meal. Any input in this matter would be greatly appreciated!

I am still craving their fried mush and potatoe pancakes. If they shipped to St. Louis I'd be broke from ordering. Haven't been back for 10 years but loved them then and I am sure would love them now!!!!!!!!!!

When we arrived the line was out the door but it went very fast. The service was excellent and the coffee is delicious plus they are always refilling.
The food was outstanding. I will be back and sending my friends.

I am THRILLED to hear that the Golden Nugget has rebuilt and re-opened after sustaining damage from a fire several years back...and that it's still garnering rave reviews! My last visit there was 21+ years ago, and prior to that visit, I hadn't eaten there since I'd been a child in the late 60's. The food and the service were as wonderful in 1986 as I'd remembered them to be during my childhood years.

The Golden Nugget is truly an institution, and its menu offerings evoke nothing but pleasant memories and great eating. I live in Alabama now, but the next time I'm in Dayton, I definitely plan to have breakfast there, so my husband and children can experience the same great food and friendly service.

the new Golden Nugget is even better than the old one. Same great food and coffee, great service, friendly, great value, and they can't fill your coffee cup fast enough. Try the potatoe pancakesand canadian bacon. Outstanding. They have a bigger parking lot and more seats and a bigger waiting areaso your wait will be a lot shorter Can't say enough good things about it.

If you're hungry for the best breakfast in town, hit the Golden Nugget, because it is hands down the best breakfast stop in Dayton. We can't wait for them to reopen and know how proud and happy it would make Genie to see it in its glory again. Best to the Thomas family!
