Visited Huffies for the first time a few days ago, although I have lived in the Dayton, Ohio area for the last 27 years. The food was EXCELLENT! I was pleasantly surprised. Do not be put off by the neighborhood. The dining experience is well worth it. I will return again and again and again. My desire is to sample everything on the menu!

Fried chicken wings are the bomb!Just like my momma's! best carrot cake and lemon meringue pie....yummy! but better get your orders in by phone because Huffy's gets crowded early.

This place has some great food. The cheesesteaks are the best I've ever had. The greens were great and the carrot cake is to die for. I highly recommend it for anything from bbq to burgers and they even have veggie burgers. Not your typical mom and pop - the place is very nice. I've heard they have live jazz there every now and then.

I love this restuarant! The food is awesome. They have great soul food. Thier greens are excellent. They have renovated the whole building! The bathrooms are super clean. The service takes about 15 minutes per order. The portions are huge. The kids could probably share one meal. This is a must visit dining spot.
