My story starts the afternoon before arriving to the restaurant. Me and my family had very bad experiences with the Disney customer service, so, we were not in a good mood when we got there. The restaurant was very busy, and we werent able to get a booth, wich would have been more comfortable for my family. But then it started getting better, thanks to our waiter Raul and his service with a smile, despite our mood. He was very attentive, very accurate with the order, and, most important, very fast, even though he had 4 other tables to attend besides ours. Food was out in the exact time he said it would, and he went out of his way to get the balloon guy to our kids. I have never seen service like that. The pizza was great, but, the most important thing, despite our previous bad 7 hours, we walked out of there with a smile and looking forward to the next day of our vacation.
