Went to Rio's yesterday and had a great time. We had a party of 12 and we all got Fajitas. I was very happy with the food. The service was excellent. Thanks Rio's. We will be back A++

Great dining experience from Rio Mexican Grille...Great Food, Great Prices, and Great Service ohh and Great margaritas :) Def going back again and went next door to Sharkys to watch the Yankees win!!!!

Our lunchtime dining experience was outstanding. We had chili rellenos & they were cheesey & delicious. Good sized portions & lunch time specials very affordable. Will definitely be going back.

we went to this restaurant for dinner. They advertise free beer or margarita. We asked the hostess about it. The hostess said the margarita that you got free was about 20 oz. Then when we ordered we were told we had to order an entree 10.95 or over. The waitress showed us size of free margarita it was about 8 oz. We ordered entrees over 10.95. We then had to ask for the free drink. We could only get margaritas on rocks. It did not include crushed margarita. She also said no free refills on chips and salsa. My husband wanted jalepenos with his dinner extra charge. The portions of food were small for the price. We could not get our 10% discount either. Waitress complained about management the whole time serving us. Waitress said we got free margaritas so no other discounts. This place is very chinzy. Run don't walk away from this place.

Absolutely the worst Mexican restaurant we've ever been too. Vacationing in Florida, we were looking for a place to have dinner, decided on Rio Mexican Grille because it was close. I'd drive 100 miles before going back to Rio's. While the service wasn't bad, the food was tasteless and over-priced for the portions. The margaritas were 2 for 1, they were not good margaritas and the 2 for 1 special was misleading - you couldn't get two and share one, you had to get two for yourself to take advantage of the special. The food looked as if it were taken out of a Lean Cuisine box (no offense to Lean Cuisine). I ordered the combo fajitas (shrimp, pork and steak) they were tasteless and quite skimpy for the $16.95 price. We left hungry and VERY disappointed that we had spent $40 on rotten mexican food, and weak margaritas. We shoulda known better after tasting the salsa that comes with the first basket of chips. No flavor or spice. We both felt we could've had a better mexican meal at Taco Bell. Needless to say we will never go back.

We happened upon this restaurant driving by. Turned out to be a good decision. Best Mexican food I have had. Our waiter, Orlando, was top notch. We felt we were in a fine restaurant and valued as customers, despite our $6.99 price tag for our lunch. Not only were our orders great, but the sides of rice and refried beans were superb, compared to the chain restaurants. Everyone was friendly - the hostess, another waitress, etc. We will certainly return - great food and service for burger chain prices! Try the specialty margueritas.

This place was awful! You share a bathroom with the bar next door that appears to have drug deals going on in the bathrooms. You see bugs all over the place, and if get a certain waitress, be warned. She is rude, slow, and a horrible waitress. She spent the better half of the night trying to flirt with my husband, while the children and I just sat there. I told the manager and he said that was just her nature and that he would not fire such a good looking girl who brings in business...of all the nerve! We left as the meal was being delivered to the table by the waitress. I am placing a call to OSHA regarding this matter!

Our family visited Rio 2 weeks ago. We all left hungry. The prices were reasonable, but not for the amount of food we received. All 4 of us (including our two children) left hungry. When we spoke with the owner, he laughed at us and said "Oh well". I guess he thinks since there are a lot of tourists he does not need to waste time on customer service. Also, I ordered the steak taco plate. It was just two tacos. No beans, rice, nothing. It was $9.00. I could have gotten two beef or chicken tacos a la carte for $4.00! Don't waste your money like we did.
