I went here before the Fleetwood Mac concert and it was one of the worst dining experiences of my life.
We had a group of six women and we were seated right away, however, it took our inept waiter 20 minutes to get us drinks and take our food order. After a half hour, we started asking about our food and the waiter repeatedly ignored us. After an hour of waiting, we were more than pissed off and asked for the manager, who looked like she could have cared less that we had a complaint. She told us the waiter had already informed us our food would be out in 45 minutes (DID NOT HAPPEN) and decided to comp us for drinks, but didn't bother to tell us when our food was coming, Mind you, we had only ordered salads and appetizers, so it wasn't like it was food that would take all day to prepare! We had fifteen minutes to gobble our food (which was mediocre at best) before going to the show and the waiter couldn't manage to get our bills right. After repeatingly ignoring us and offering no apologies, I didn't bother to leave this butthead a tip. I will never make the mistake of coming here again. I could have eaten better tasting food at Subway!!!
