I have used Dixie Catering numerous times for company picnics and have found there service and food outstanding. They managed the lines perfectly with little wait for food - of which there was plenty of. The Ribs are the best I have ever had. The staff was courteous and responsive. Save yourelf the headaces - they do it all for almost as much as it would cost to do it yourself.

I used Dixie Catering for my wife's birthday party we had 150 guests. The Dixie staff were great they set up and cooked the food in my back yard. We ate ribs chicken steak corn beans potato salad cole slaw great desserts. The best part of the party was i did nothing but enjoy the day Dixie staff did everything. The price was very good htey worked with me and my budget. I will use them again.

we used Dixie catering for a little family party of about 75 people. The food was great, cooked at my house on their grills, they bring the tables for the buffet and set it up with decortive warms and bowls. The staff were great to work with I think my wife and I enjoyed the party more cause we did nothing.we served grilled salmon with pesto, grilled chicken teriyaki, grilled tenderloin, roasted potato bites, grilled vegetables, garden salad and asorted cakes. The food and staff were great. I had Dixie's BBQ lunch delivered to my office a week after the party the ribs are the best.

The best ribs i have had in a long time, the cook said they use Danish baby back ribs love those danes. They set up and served my guests a great meal i did nothing but have a good time at my party. I will use them again.
