For North Carolina, the Dim Sum here is one of the best! My family have had the pleasure of dining here on several occassions. Each time we have enjoyed our meals. This time though the egg custards and roast pork buns were a hit. We hope to be back through Charlotte again soon so we can visit this place again.

It has been a while since our last visit but boy have I missed it. The Dim Sum here is excellent! I believe it is even better than my last visit a couple years ago. I'm not sure if they have changed chefs or may be they have just improved. Whatever the case maybe, my taste buds are thankful for it. I ordered a bunch of dim sum items and a few main dishes. In particular the baby bok choy and oysters in black bean sauce was awesome!

Take a look at the picture I uploaded. Very authentic Chinese entrees. I will have to make another trip down on a weekend to experience their pushed cart dim sum where you don't need to know the name of the dish. Just pick one! It is unfortunate and at the same time a blessing that they are so far from where I live. It is unfortunate because I can't have it very often. However, it is a blessing in disguise because I would broke from eating there everyday. If you've not visited this restaurant and you are looking for genuine and unadulterated Chinese food, this is the place!

Ask for your food to be cooked "french style" for some of the best tasting food in Charlotte. I ate lunch there 3-5 times a week for several years. You won't find better food or better value anywhere in the city.

The building is small and does not have the extra decor like some other places but it is clean. And the food is wonderful. I especially like the veggie fried rice and egg dropp soup which has lots of egg and spring onions. The family team is warm and ...

Since moving to Winston-Salem from South Florida (where good authentic Chinese food was not difficult to find), my family and I have searched for long and hard for a good Dim Sum place. Well, Dim Sum house was good but not as good compared to South Florida. Hey beggers can't be choosers. ;)

Actually most of the items where above average with a couple good items like the West Lake Soup. Yummy! I must say my family ate there on a weekday and the restaurant owner told me they have much better items on weekends where they come by with the dim sum on carts... just like the way they do it in Hong Kong.

Even though I live about 1 1/2 hours from Dim Sum Chinese Restaurant, I would like to visit there another time on a weekend. I look forward to getting even better Dim Sum there. :)
