Their southern eclectic menu highlights the freshest local produce, seafood and ingredients, marrying historically Southern dishes with the areas neighboring cuisines. Known for their spin on the traditional crab cakes, the Cypress version mixes it up with a jicama-melon slaw, fried plantain crisp and buttery-tart orange and ginger based Florida Sauce. The Gwynns, both Tallahassee born, have succeeded in creating a warm and welcoming environment with which to relish in some of the most flavorful dishes in North Florida.
