Tom Colicchio's Dallas outpost in Victory Park's W Hotel focuses on great seasonal ingredients, with simple yet brilliant dishes served family-style. Chef de cuisine Jeff Harris has serious talent, especially when it comes to fish and vegetables. His foie gras terrine is also a standout, and of course Colicchio's renowned gnocchi and hen-of-the-woods mushrooms are winners, too.

The sign says SPUDS but, they have great tasting burgers too. You simply have to get their Bacon Swiss Cheese burger. It's awsome!
