What a horrible experience! Wait staff is inexperienced and rude. Had lunch there with 4 others and none of our orders were correct. I ordered a burger medium and received it well done (burnt)and cold. After 5 minutes of "attitude" from the waitress, we walked out. This place has gone totally downhill and management doesn't seem to care. Will never go back.

I rate Chili's as one of the best chains around. Their food and service is consistently good. I've been going there for many years now and they have just continued to prove their commitment to their customers. They are always full in the evenings so get there early!

Agree! Over priced, not authentic! And yes food is pre made! I ran into someone that breifly worked there and confirmed my suspisions. The ingredients used to make "fresh" guac sits on the tray in the open all night! Sav
