This place does not deserve a rating higher than "0" for any category. We walked in at 2pm on a Sunday. We waited 6 minutes for someone to show up at the hostess stand. When we were finally seated (bar area), we waited 12 minutes for nothing to happen. No one offered water. No one stopped by our table to say anything. There were, however, three female servers standing around a nearby table chatting and giggling with one male guest. Three more servers were conversing among themselves near the bar/kitchen entrance. The restaurant was not crowded, yet we didn't receive service in a timely manner. We finally flagged down a "manager" to share our dismay, then promptly left. We went to Chili's just across the freeway. Chili's service was prompt, efficient, friendly, and the food and beverages were superb! The two of us spent over $100 on food and beverages - money we planned to spend at Cheddar's. Too bad we will NEVER return to Cheddar's! We plan to tell everyone we know not to go to Cheddar's!
