First the good: I got this on a Groupon deal where you get: one appetizer (only two item choices); two soups (whatever they have that day); two salads (only two item choices); two entrees (huge selection); two deserts (whatever they have that day); and what they claim is a $45 bottle of wine (I looked it up and it's a cheapy little whne cost me about $6.99 at the most at the 7/11, oh and they won't let you substitute the wine for anything else). I will say that all of it was good from beginning to end including the service and atmosphere.

Now the bad: At the end of the meal you get a receipt for you to pay the automatic 20% tip and tax but they base it on each menu item price PLUS they count the bottle of wine at $45 which brings the total for the items consumed to about $97, so you end up paying about $18.00 in tip and another $7.00 in tax. Had they not added the ridiculous wine charge of $45, the tip would have been $10.40 and the tax $3.64 which is ONLY an $11 different but if your buying a Groupon it's because you're looking to save money. Also, none of this is mentioned in the Groupon or restaurant rules.

Bottom line is this is a good deal, good food and a great experience but if possible, tell them you want to skip the wine and that you just don't want it at all included with your meal.
