So I have been visiting this area and TN for quite some time. The food here is amazing. Eat the meat. I started off 6 months ago with the filet. It was perfect. They actually cook to the temperature you request. I then had the prime rib. This is something you only get to have fri, sat, and sunday.
So I generally think chewing gum is good in the flavors it comes in. After having their prime rib I feel like wrigleys needs to create a new flavor - Barts Prime Rib. Probably one of the best pieces of meat I've had in 20 years.
Barts has been consistently excellent and delicious, its worth the drive through the winding hills and next to Chickamauga(sp?) Reservoir. They are moderately priced, but have a full service bar and people do come here to party. Visit this place.

What Great Food! We had family visiting so we brought them to Bart's. It was wonderful. The food was second to none in the area. Tiffany was our server and she was not only beautiful, but she was an awesome server as well. The view is spectacular. What more can I say!
The food was wonderful. We were fortunate to have a table by the window so we could enjoy the panoramic view of the Lake. Service was awesome. The bartender was anticipatory of our needs. This was our first visit to Barts, we were greeted by management and made to feel like VIP's. I can't say enough! We had a wonderful time.
Awesome!! Food is views are fantastic. Service was much better than expected (very professional & responsive for Chattanooga). The menu is great and the prices are very reasonably for the quality of food. I am proud to be a new regular. Nothing else in N. Chatt or Hixson comes close to Bart's!! Also, its wonderful to have safe and plentiful parking---big difference between other places these days. Way to GO.

If you want a nice place to go, check out Barts. Even though we live on the other side of the river its worth the drive to Lakeshore.

Thank you so much for a great time. We loved the food and the service was very good. Our waitress was Angela and she was always there checking on us. We will tell all of our friends.

The establishment is wonderful, the drinks were great. There was a problem with one of the female bartenders that had a very surely attitude and made sarcastic remarks in front of us to her co-workers. Someone is our group also observed this girl put the cash that was handed to her in her pocket. It was obvious that she was some sort of head bartender by the way she spoke to the other servers. Bart should re-think his choice of bar staff.

The view is incredible, the food superb, the staff is friendly and courteous. It was a great dining experience in a beautiful setting. An excellent choice for the young or old. (o:
Bart's Lakeshore has it all. We have been woiting for a place like this in Chattanooga for years. While other have tried in the past, Bart got it right. He has surrouned himself with the very best people in customer service and a management team that are second to none. With a great view of the lake, fantastic entertainment and very reasonable prices this is Chattanooga's newest hot spot. I highly recomend Bart's to all my friends. Keep up the great work and thanks
