Our mission is not to not just be a reliable choice for any occasion. But a second home to the wonderful people of the south metro. Fresh, flavorful Italian food from your second family! Andiamo is a new family-oriented Italian restaurant from Ramon Ruiz, the former Executive Chef at St. Paul's Buca di Beppo.
Being a neighborhood restaurant we understand the need to keep it local and keep the menu interesting. We are dedicated to putting the best food we can possibly make on the table for our guests.
Our biggest distinction from national Italian restaurant chains is that we are a neighborhood family spot before anything else. Those places focus on events and special occasions as an excuse to indulge. That marketing tactic is based entirely on the fact that those places are generally expensive and culturally over-whelming in a way that doesn't seem to reflect Italian culture. We stress the simplicity and casual nature of Italian food and the fact that dinner should be about families getting together to talk about their days. Also, our food is great.
Our vision is to be Eagan's family kitchen. To build that reputation we will make great food at a great price and bring it to the table with great service.
