Alice's has great food. Rib Tips you get a lot for your money. The only complaint that I have is for the last 2 days, I have been trying to get rib tips. The first time they said 20 min. I sent my sons back 3 hours later and they were told a 1 hour wait. I went back the next day, and was told that it would be a 20 min. wait. What going on. How does a rib place run out of ribs?

Alice's bar b que is DELICIOUS. Quality, quantity and customer service are the things I look for first and foremost. I was more than impressed with not only the quality of my purchase (rib tips), but the quantity as well. I look forward to sampling other things on their menu. The customer service was excellent. I called ahead to ask a few questions and was pleasantly surprised at the cheerful assistance I received. Upon arriving at Alice's, I had a few more questions and again they were answered cheerfully and the staff guarenteed me that I would be more than satisfied with my order. Having just had a bad customer service experience with another south side bar b que establishment, the service I received at Alice's was especially pleasant. The apperance of Alice's reflects what it represents, from what's offered on the menu to how its prepared and packaged - Alice's looks like what it is "SUPERB, BACK IN THE DAY, OLD SCHOOL BAR B QUE". Overall a great experience.
