About Agave Azul
“Camarones al agave,” the signature dish, which is shrimp coated with tequila cream sauce, has been featured in the Texas Taste section of the Dallas Morning News. With a home recipe for its sopapillas, drizzled with agave honey (miel de agave), the restaurant has also been recognized with the “Best Sopapillas” title by D Magazine. Tequila is one of the key ingredients in Agave Azul Mexican Kitchen – Tequila Bar’s dishes and in its award winning margaritas.
