I love the diverse food and the atmoshpere is awesome!! The service is never very good but the food makes up for it!!

I've never written a review before but I was so infuriated with the service I received that I had to share it with others. It's too bad that in today's society people are not treated with respect. We had a very bad experience at Buzzard Billy's. Our table was seated right away - no waiting. But, then, the waiting began. We ordered our food which consisted of lunch sandwiches. After a 45 minutes wait, we asked to talk to the manager, but were told that she was too busy to talk to us. Horrible Serivce. When we sat down the restaurant was not very busy, but became busier as we say there. However, we had been seated before a lot of people, but they received their food before we did. Several tables around us had ordered, received their food, eaten and left by the time our food arrived. Finally we ate and again asked to speak to the manager. The hostess walked over and announced she was the manager (don't think so!) and she REFUSED to apologize as this is how that restaurant is run...they do NOT put your tickets in order, she said "we throw them up there, not in any order" and our food was last. Finally she agreed to a discount and said she would return. Another 20 more minutes later she came back and had only adjusted adjust 50-80 cents off each bill. The waitress then came by and told us that she didnt understand the issue and she had a hissy fit about us complaining. The food was good, but most people dont have time to take 2 hour lunches.
