If you are looking to order lunch or dinner, please do not bother the staff at Alessandro's Pizza on Oak Street. They are far too busy to worry about things like good customer service and making a tasty pizza. I ordered a pizza for a hungry office, and, while the pizza did arrive in a timely manner, it was not what we had ordered, and did not look appealing in the least. We had ordered a chicken wing pizza, and what we got was a few fatty pieces of chicken thrown on a pizza crust with cheese and bbq sauce. When I called to voice my dissatisfaction, a person that identified herself as "one of the owners" (I use quotes because I doubt the actual owner of a business would be as unconcerned with an unhappy customer as she was) got on the phone and proceeded to argue with me about what defines a chicken wing pizza. When I informed her that there was not blue cheese on the pizza, as is described on the menu, she disagreed with me, even though the pizza was right in front of me. This "owner" continued to argue with me long after I had lost interest, and seemed more concerned with proving her point than pleasing her customer.
