I have been on hold for 10mins on the phone when another employee picks up as if they were going to help me then placed the phone back down while i heard 2 diffrent credit card #'s being given then the phone was hung up. I called back and as soon as it was answered again i was told 2 hold then 5 mins later it was picked up i informed the gentleman of my amount of time on hold he told me" we can't ignore other people for you" And no one hung up on you then he began to scream! on the phone to me. I feel that was very rude & i was disrespected i would normally order with my coworkers @ least 2x's a week I will be glad to say they no longer have to worry about my hard earned money being spent in there establishment!

Their Food is great! They have the best eggplant parm that I have had in town. It kills Twin Trees entrees. They also give generous portions, so I get 2-3 meals for the price of one. They deliver for free too!!!

Every time I stop in, I'm greeted by a smile & fast, friendly service. Soup is always very tasty & hot. My favorite Philly sandwich in CNY!!!
