I too received raw chicken at this place and no longer go there, I go to the one on west galena instead and they always get it right. On galena there is this nice hispanic man that ususally works at the drive up window and he is always so polite abd patient when I go there...it is a much better KFC.

This restaurant serves terrible chicken. It has no flavor. It is greasy. Worst of all the chicken is not cooked to doneness.
