What's so fresh?
EVERYTHING. The preparation of each and every dish is done in house and incorporates whole garlic, fresh ginger, real lemon, local produce (when in season), slow brewed soy, Shaoxing wine, complex curry, all natural and hormone free chicken, sustainable seafood, and USDA choice tenderloin..flavor is everything, and it starts with only the freshest, highest quality ingredients.
