I haven't eaten at Uncle Frank's, but since I work nearby, I have had their takeout twice. Both times it was an order of the battered mushrooms with horseradish/mayonaisse sauce, which I think is called Darby sauce. I love, love LOVE those mushrooms! Well done, Uncle Frank.
