I went for dinner and it was horrible. The service was iffy, and the quality of food was poor for the price you paid. I think Twingos was closed for a while and recently re-opened. They have a long way to go.

Fabulous, funky, alternative atmosphere with interesting food. This politically correct, liberal ambience is well not suited for a conservative crowd. The wait staff are always friendly and unique, which typically is traded off for efficiency. Twingos is not a place you would expect or wish to rush through a meal. Difficult to categorize, the menu leans toward French nouvelle. A long list of creative coffee drinks. Prices are moderate+.

I travel across town for Vicki's.. They have had some of the best barbecue in Detroit for years. The staff is courteous and they don't mind fulfilling special request.

Not what it's cracked up to be. Owner does not treat employees very nice and often disciplines them in front of customers (I've witnessed this more than once). :-(. Not too professional. Muffins are great. Lunch menu sits in counter for too long
