Had a bad experience with one of the old owners that used just for men mustache dye. A real creep that no one liked who burned any and every bridge.

We came back to this restaurant on a Saturday night with the kids (10 and 7) because when I called, I was told there was a great band, which started at 8 and was totally family-friendly. We sat at about 6:30 so we could have dinner, see the band for a bit, and still get the kids home fairly early. Well...our server evidently thought we should be leaving, because she tried repeatedly to urge us out the door, and when we said we'd be waiting for the band, she stopped coming around to give refills and/or another drink. I don't know what was planned, but this so-called family friendly place was then slammed with a large group of people, coordinated by some lady who loudly pointed out empty tables and announced when other guests had gone home, leaving seats available. There was no announcement of a private party, yet we were made to feel as though we should leave so all "invited" members would have enough seats. To top it off, we saw two roaches crawling on the wall near our table. The menu has been drastically reduced, taking away many former seafood and specialty items. The band played reasonably well, but the singer was mediocre at best and showed no heart in the lyrics. We will not be returning, and I would not be surprised to find health violations in the near future.

Visited on a Monday night and there was only one waiter in the dinng room. Food service was extremely slow. The peel and eat shrimp dinner was mushy and not edible and despite the report to the waiter the charge was not removed from the bill. We have been regular diners here for about ten years and I have seen the quality of the food and service decline. I will not be back.

Wonderful food, great casual atmosphere - excellent weekend live entertainment. Oviedo's best with a menu full of fresh choices to suit everyone's taste. My son loves the wings and ribs. The new private party room is perfect for my monthly office staff meetings. Something for everyone - everyday! We always share this special place with all our friends and co-workers.
Visit the recently remodeled look with a private party room. We're Toucan "regulars." The dining room is quiet enough to have a conversation - a rare find in most area restaurants. In a world of noisy, rushed chain and franchises, it's nice to have the stability of a family-owned, local restaurant that has survived a fire & hurricanes, and has survived - even thrived.

We have been going here for over 10 years. It has always been wonderful experience. We have never been dissappointed in the food or the service. We never hesitate in recommending Toucan's to our friends. Thanks, Toucan Willie's for 10 wonderful years.
