Like the Spanish Steps of Rome, San Francisco's Steps of Rome Caffe is where people come to meet friends, and to see and be seen. A favorite hangout of visiting and local Europeans, the place rocks with passionate cheering for the Italian national soccer team on the television, and it rolls with Italian waiters as they sing and dance along with Italian pop tunes as they deliver plate upon plate of delicious pasta.

The balcony resting above the main dining room, is ideal for small, private parties up to 30 people. Since the opening of the Caffe in 1990, Steps of Rome Caffe has been a popular spot for locals and tourists to enjoy a hearty Italian meal in a light-hearted atmosphere.
