This is an awesome place to eat in Cole Valley. The food is delicious and the portions are large. Great to share a few dishes with a partner or to take the leftovers home. You can make two meals out of the portions that they give you. The service has always been very friendly. Make sure to leave room for their home made desserts!!!

Have been going to Capps for years. The Osso Buco is a must try!! Never had a bad meal in all the years we have eaten there.

Italian comfort food at best. Great for groups.
Pastas, fish, meat course all reasonably priced with hearty generous portion. Service is always professional and friendly.
It is not touristy! They are all for fresh local produce :)
