I would have never thought to eat at a restaurant in a hotel until I purchased a gift certificate from Restaurant.Com. When you are waiting in line for over an hour to dine I would suggest driving to the Crowne Hotel and dining at The Landing. Earl was our favorite waiter always fun and polite. My red hat chapter has met there several times, they never rush us out or make us feel like we have overstayed our welcome. Food is always great and enough to share. May seem a little pricey to some, but when you come in it is usually quite noise level is low enough you can hear each other speak without yelling. I would not advise going here during large conventions, race, game, FFA etc. It may be harder to get in. They do take reservation. Love this place.

The food is excellent. There is a German Buffet evry Wednesday that is outstanding. You have the opportunity to sample a number of German dishes or you may order from the Menu. Either way , you get great food and pleasant surroundings. .
