The Classic Cafe

A "global bistro," Chef Charles Youts' New American Cuisine takes on many of the influences of our nation's native and immigrant cultures.

Enjoy the flavors of America at The Classic Cafe. Lunch or dinner, you'll find something unique and enjoyable

The seasonal menu offers refined pasta dishes, fresh seafood, premium meats and creative Signature Dishes such as our Mixed Grill featuring smoked semi-boneless quail, espresso-rubbed bone-in pork rib chop and house-made sausage with a vanilla mushroom cream sauce. The home made desserts have fantastic twists on classic favorites and are the perfect end to your culinary journey.

Add in the first-class service and a well-appointed wine list (including such hard-to-find niceties as Jordan Cabernet by the glass), and you have the makings for a memorable meal at a restaurant that's a true Classic.

"When it opened, the original Classic Cafe pushed the frontier, a fine dining oasis at the far edge of Nowhere. Now, with all of the housing, retail and office development in the area, Classic Cafe's reputation makes both locations recognized landmarks in a new world."
