The restaurant by Winrock. We each ordered three drinks with alcohol (except our designated driver who ordered a soft drink), however it appeared they LEFT OUT the alcohol...their watered down drinks were flavorful but we wondered if TGIFridays had LOST their liquor license! Our drinks included "shots"-no buzz AT ALL! There were 5 in our party and we all agreed-we were very disappointed. We were in a dining area and there was noise from a TV and also music playing...at equal levels. We arrived around 11:30 on a Saturday night, the food was not tasty and the ambience was definitely lacking! I won't go there again anytime soon! We deserve a refund!

My wife & I decided to have lunch at the Cottonwood TGI Fridays one Saturday afternoon in April. There were only a dpozen or so cars in the parking lot, so we knew the place was not crowded. We stood just inside the doorway for ten minutes. We observed the waitstaff moving about & serving the few customers inside. Obviously the waitstaff observed us waiting to be seated. Nobody bothered to approach us. Unbelievable, the "we don't need your business right now" attitude that was projected. We walked away in disbelief. It was just a few hundred feet to the Red Robin next door, where the parking lot was full & we were shown a table immediately upon entering the door.

This is a nice dining experience. They had live jazz music playing in the bar. The food and service were good. We will go back.

Great food. Try their green chile cheeseburger. Only downside is that they're closed on the weekends.

Sofias place is a New Mexico gem--and it is true that if you did not know about it you would probably either not notice it and drive right by or not like the looks of it from the outside. Inside the restaurant it is a wonderful, bright and happy atmo ...

Perhaps it's a victim of it's own success, but this place has gone downhill. The last couple of times I've tried it, the food was oily, carelessly prepared, overpriced and the service lousy. I'm not going back. Plenty of other places in town that are ...

Terrible service, poorly prepared food and over-priced menu make for an overall bad experience.

The food is as expected at TGI Fridays but the service here is atrocious! I have gone to the restaurant at this location about 4 times and every time had issues with service... it took forever to order and forever for the food to arrive and forever for the bill and forever for the change!!!! I ended up paying for the meal and not even tipping because the waitperson never showed up! I am never going to this location again!
