Las Vegas Restaurant Guide

Taqueria Vallarta has been family owned and operated since 1995 when they originally opened in Chicago, IL. You have to know what you're doing to stay in business that long and their food shows that they definitely do. Authentic Mexican food can be found here for any meal of the day. For breakfast you could try the huevos con carne asada (eggs with steak) or the huevos a la Mexicana (Mexican eggs), which are both delicious, for lunch try the fajitas de pollo (chicken fajitas), and for dinner the filete de pescado a la plancha (grilled fish filet) is superb. Don't go here if you're looking to wet your whistle with some whiskey or tequila, it's not that kind of place. They do have beer/wine, but their main focus is clearly left on the customer's food, which I (and my tummy) are very grateful for.
