Teresa "Hogan" Gleason is a thief and the world should know about it before supporting her business.
She refuses to return a security deposit or provide proper documentation for the coffee shop across the street from the bar. She took a $3,000 security deposit, which is 6x more than the proposed monthly rent, refused to supply a lease and could not even provide running water in the coffee shop building. Upon asking for security deposit back, she assumed that it was going towards rent. For an uninhabitable building with no lease!
