Looking for a restaurant for my wife's birthday, we decided to try Sunset, which we have seen many times, but never been in. Upon arriving, we discovered that our reservation was lost, and judging by the size of the crowd, we expected a long wait. We were surprised when we were seated with 20 minutes. Our waitress was friendly accurate, and effecient, with perfect timing of our drinks, appetizers, and meals. She was very attentive, without being intrusive. My NY strip steak was perfect, delicious and cooked exactly as I had ordered. My wife's crab cakes were equally satisfying. When the bill arrived, we were both surprised at the low amount, and recalculated it, to make sure it was accurate.
We thoroghly enjoyed the experience and will soon return.

What was once our favorite place to celebrate a birthday or special family event, turned sour with our last meal there. The service was extremely slow, the waitress couldn't handle two tables! First, our shrimp cocktail had a light count. That I could let slide. Then, my wife ordered prime rib, medium rare. What she got was seared beef (grilled), almost well done. When the waitress was told about our distaste for this plate, she indicated that prime rib is always prepared that way! Huh??? I asked her to get the manager's take on that. When she indicated that the manager agreed with her (without the manager having the courtesy of explaining in person!), we decided that it would be our last meal at the Sunset. Well, their loss.

Friendly and good food. Don't go for ambience but it's a cute little place for a great sandwich or salad and won't break the bank

Absolutely the best Mexican food in the area and i've been to them all. Better than Chevy's. So much flavor

The server was pleasant and teh restuarant was clean and nicely decorated, but food was only so-so. Salsa was very good - spicy-hot without being overbearing. They served a large portion of the salsa with a bowl of nachos which we nibbled whiel waiti ...

Service is horrible, they are very rude. Food is "ok" not as good as they once were. Will not return any longer.

Went out for a night with friends. Was seated immediately. Drink orders were taken as soon as we were ready and served in frosted mugs. We were not rushed into ordering which was nice since we'd never been there before. Our appetizers came out hot an ...
