Don't let the name fool you...this restaurant offers other tasty Turkish delights than just steak and salad. The chefs at S&S really seem to know their stuff and the entrée presentation is very refreshing because you can tell that they really take pride in their dishes. The actual restaurant is a bit small (not cramped, though) which helps to make the environment a bit intimate. If you enjoy Mediterranean cuisine you should definitely check it out. The shish-kabobs are always served fresh and the locals seem to enjoy the $5 lunch specials and the baklava dessert. This probably isn't the best place for a family with small children, but if you are going on a date or just hanging out with a few friends, consider stopping by Steak and Salad to enjoy a delicious meal.

Been coming to the Orlando original location for 30 years. Consistently one of the top 10 in the country. Never had a bad meal. In my earlier days I would drive from Miami 3 hours to have dinner and then drive back.

One of THE BEST. It "ain't" cheap but well worth it. The service is impeccable and the food is well worth the price. The portions are more than generous.
