I went to Southern Culture with some friends for Sunday brunch. Most of what I was served was burned to a crisp. I assumed that I had just happened to come on a bad day, for the restaurant was clearly short of staff. But when I called later to tell the manager about my experience (and I was very polite), she yelled at me: "So you've had one bad meal! Get over it!" I advise prospective diners to go elsewhere.

I recently stopped in Charloettsville and visited this diner. I was extremely happy with the service i received, and was treated wonderfully by not only the staff but the owner himself stopped by my table to make sure everything was up to taste. It is a shame that there are only two reviews for this place both bad, when i had such a good experience.

Our sorority planned a parent's weekend at Southern Culture and they we were extremely dissatisfied. The management was rude, not only to our event planner, but the entire sorority. When I called to express my disappointment to the manager the next day, he was rude to me on the phone.

I was interested in Southern Culture catering my next recruiting event at work and called yesterday to find out more. I was told that they no longer offer catering services(?) and asked to speak to a manager, who yelled in the background, "Can't you take no for an answer!?" I'm thoroughly unimpressed.
