Have eaten here numerous times and it is the most authentic Mexican food in Charlottesville. Especially great are the Carnitas Tacos which are always flavorful and tender. We also always enjoy the Queso Fundido which is a chorizo cheese dip to eat with your chips. So far everything we've eaten here has been excellent, and the service has been quick, efficient, and caring. It's not a fine dining restaurant, but it's some of the best food by far in Charlottesville!

The quality is not bad. It's greasy, so/so Mexican food but the service was so terrible the last time, we left before they could take our order and won't be back.

I have eaten at Winkys many times and I always have a hard time choosing what I want to eat ... it's all so GOOD. The footlong platter, the Big burger platter, the BBQ platter, and the Hot Wings are my favorites. The men

There's nothing better than going out to a place, having two appetizers and a couple of beers and leaving for less than $15. Plus, its a great atmosphere and the people there are a lot of fun.
