I will tell everyone in this building not to eat here anymore. This building because that's exactly what it is and not a restaurant is the WORST AND I DO MEAN WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER EATEN AND THE SERVICE IS AWFUL. How can the employees be customer service friendly if the owner is not friendly. The chicken and broccoli i ate was NASTY. The chicken was slimy and the broccoli was just as bad and they claim they have been serving this for 20 years. This was the worse thing i have ever spwnt my money on. I will never eat at this place again.

We went here on a recommendation from a friend. This is a carry-out type place. My husband and I placed our orders of shrimp combos with fried rice, [we don't eat beef, pork, or chicken] and asked if they had veggie eggroll, they didn't, only chicken. So I asked for a substitution to a crab rangoon instead. The guy taking my order said no, no substitutions [my husband thought that was odd, it's not a big deal] anyway I thought fine, no biggie, we just won’t eat the eggrolls. We took our orders and actually enjoyed the food, threw away the eggrolls sadly. We went there the following night to pick-up same of what we had ordered the night before, but this time I the girl took our order the order, I told her to hold the eggrolls, because I don't want to waste them. I also told her to make my rice, fried rice like the night before [they have no problem substituting the rice by the way]. I picked up the food, got home and opened the boxes to eat. They had gotten the rice wrong. I still thought no biggie, let’s try it with the white steamed rice and let's eat. But oddly, the same entree that we had from the night before tasted different now. So, I thought it's because they didn't put the fried rice this time. I called the restaurant and told them this is what had happened, the guy answered this time and said, let me ask the girl, he came back on the phone and said that I never told her that [I guess don’t try telling them that the customer is right]. I said okay, we have become repeat customers of your food in one day, we don’t mind paying for the eggrolls eventhough we don’t want/eat them, and this is going to be your Achilles heel, eh? I thought to myself let’s compromise. So, I said to him that’s fine, but can you deliver the fried rice now [they offer delivery within 5 miles on minimum $8 purchase, we live 5.6 miles from there.] He just plain said no. They people don’t know the concept of customer service, only getting by on their food, which is apparently not consistent. This is sad for them as they could have kept us as repeat customers. They need to drastically improve their customer service, I’m never going there again!!!

I think the employees are the only ones reviewing this restaurant. They use the WORST cuts of meat. All of their beef/chicken dishes are fatty and/or full of gristle. The veggies are fine and their rice and noodles are ok. They are not particularly friendly or clean. I tried them several times and gave up due to the poor quality of their meats.

Good food, - Portions are very big. Loved their Egg Roll, General Tao’s chicken was little sweet for my taste. Overall a good experience. I would definitely go back to try something new. I would say a very good meal for a very cheap price.

Had delivery, and couldn't believe how much food I got for the price.... so naturally i figured it wasn't going to taste that good. I was very pleasantly surprised, it was some of the best Chinese takeout I have ever eaten. Definitely going to be a return customer.

Food Is terrific!!!

Skillman Wok is less than 5 miles from my house. They advertise delivery within 5 miles with a minimum order of $8. I ordered $11 worth of food and they refused to deliver unless I ordered $20 worth of food. I even offered to pay extra delivery fees and tip well and this MANAGER refused. According to yellow pages' sight I am 4.8 miles from them. I have ordered here before and been very happy, but this MANAGER today was horrible.

Have ordered from them to a motel for over a year and very happy. But now things have changed and they are not that good.... asked for plates and forks.. got spoons and no plate. Seems all the food is cooked in a dark sauce and tastes the same. Too bad..... I used to love this place.

I ordered delivery to South Irving. To my surprise they agreed. I asked that dinner arrive about 6:00 PM, the delivery man was at my door at 3 minutes til 6:00 PM. He was polite, friendly, and well groomed. We ordered 4 entrees to try for our first time. Everything was wonderful. The egg rolls were fresh and not oily. The chicken wing appetizers were delicious too.

The best Chinese food in DFW! Such a great value for the buck and the owners are simply wonderful.

Since they change ownership this place is doing a lot better, the place is so clean now! Food taste better, better service. I start to order more often now,especially love their prices, still the best deal in town!

recently they had been under new management and things are so much better!! The place is SO CLEAN and tidy now. Very friendly people and food taste a lot better than before. Prices are still good and reasonable. Still CHEAPER than any other chinese takeout! Business seem to be a lot busier than before, everytime we stop by always a lot people there. Highly recommended!!!

I love this place, customer service is great, the food is alway fresh, and seasoned just right... I never have to wait once I arrived to pick up order. The spicy pepper is the best!

The food is amazing; its take out and delivery only. The place is filthy though. Its sort of run down and not so clean or updated. But the food is great and cheap.

This is a 'take out' or 'devliver only' restaurant. The food is pretty good and the service, either at the restaurant or at the front door is excellent. The people are friendly and the prices are fair.

Perfect neighborhood delivery restaurant. Nice people and they prepare the food fresh and clean right there in front out in the open!!!
