Update: The best Dim Sum place in Jacksonville just got even better... Silver Star is now serving Dim Sum by cart! They have also added several new items to their menu. Even the things they have been serving since the beginnning seem to be getting better. Now there is definitely no other place in town that compares. -Hungryinjax-

This is the best Dim Sum place in Jacksonville! I have spent several years in Hong Kong and San Franciso, and have been searching for a good Dim Sum place since I moved to Jacksonville 4 months ago. Silver Star just started serving Dim Sum and already has over 20 items on the menu. My guess is that they will add more things to the menu as demand requires...so I am asking all Dim Sum lovers in the area to check this place out ASAP. Make sure to ask for the Dim Sum menu as it is made to order and not brought around by cart...yet.

Small hole in the wall place. Has seating to eat in but is not typically used. Excellent food. Love their egg rolls!
