A diner from Miami, FL
Sep 7, 2010
This has been my worst dining experience in my whole life. We ordered an appetizer but it did not come out till the entrees. Ordered two dozen wings but they were stale and burnt to a crisp. They tasted like if they had been sitting there for hours. The wings and the appetizer were not taken off the ticket.
We were intending to pay for what we ate but not the appetizer or the wings. Instead of pleasing the customer and apologizing for the stale wings the manager named Rich said if we did not pay for them he would call the cops. He ended up calling the cops!! He yelled at us in front of the restaurant and made a whole debacle out of nothing. We are all young professionals at the table and have never experienced such horrendous service before.
If you truly want to be appreciated as a customer and have good food go somewhere else. I do not know what happened over there but management needs to value it's customers and not treat them as criminals!
