Chef Partner Andy Tang, the Winner of 2009's "The Best 100 Chinese Restaurants Award" presents signature Shanghai Xiao Lung Bao ( Dumpling ), dozens of traditional Dim Sum dishes, new fusion style dim sum and Shanghainese dishes. You will enjoy the food here with the nice old Shanghai Jazz music in our greatly designed and decorated restaurant. Shanghai Club is owned by Atarashi Inc. which also owns 6 other restaurants in the Bay Area. Every morning at 6am, our dim sum chefs start their day by wrapping thousands of dim sum pieces with fresh meat, veggie, and other raw materials. They've been making dim sum for the last 20 years and have realized that dim sum needs to taste good since thousands of years ago and healthy as well. Can you tell the difference between our dim sum and others? Our Signature Xiao Lung Bao ( Shanghai Dumpling ) is still as soupy as the ones back thousands of years ago.
