Restaurant Description

Our sandwiches, soups and brownies are simply delicious. We use the best ingredients we can find, like outstanding Valrhona chocolate and real vanilla, and locally milled organic flour. Our beef is free-range from Niman Ranch, cheeses are from artisanal sources. Everything else, we do here.

I don't like sandwiches and I don't eat chicken, but the GMC chicken sandwich at this place is fantastic, as are the homemade chips, teas, and pretty much everything on the menu. Yes, it's pricey, but it's all organic and local, so it's worth it. YUMMY!!!

This place was recommended to me by a friend but it did not live up to the claims. Don't get me wrong, it is a pretty good sandwich but it could have been better. Especially with the price, I felt they could have provided more meat with the sandwich and just the combination of ingredients did seem to match. I really like Jimmy Johns a whole lot better.

A college student can't eat here on his own budget more than once or twice, so this fine restaurant obviously caters to alumni and visitors to the University of North Carolina. The food here is excellent, with heavy emphasis on the presentation, and ...
