Great place to get a bagel being from NY there are not many places to find a great tasting bagel. But we had a party a few months ago and everyone in Cary asked where we got the bagels from. Nice people and great product!

GROSS!! there are roaches everywhere and from where i was standing i could see that there was dough all over the floor and in the trash cans. the person that was waiting on me sliped in a puddle from the cooler and nearly fell. they were also out of drinks for the most part. the two employees looked tired like they hadn't sat down in hours. they need to hire more people and take better care of their employees. i will say that even though i was grossed out the food was very good.

We just went this morning and honestly I don't know why we keep going, except it is convenient and the bagels are better than Brueggers. But the place is beyond FILTHY. A sanitation rating of 86, hundreds of roaches crawling around the crumbs and bagels in the bagel case, flies stuck in the grease on the walls, and the fish tank - just remove it if you don't want to keep it filled and clean! Avoid this place....I've reported them to the health dept once for roaches and plan to do it again tomorrow!

This place is filthy!!..a sanitation score of only 87!...the food is horrible, and the customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

This is a simple bagel joint by the naked eye but once bitten by it's freshly baked bagels out of the oven, you'll never want another stale bagel again from those other bagel shops. The morning bagel sandwiches are fabulous and their strawberry cream cheese is a must try!
