All of the food at Sam's place is made fresh on the premises. Mussels or Clams Posillipo - steamed in their own broth and marinara sauce - has remained an ever-popular way to start the meal. Jumbo Shrimp Francese and Shrimp Scampi, prepared traditionally with white wine lemon and butter sauce are worth savoring throughout your meal. Chicken Giardiniera - topped with in season vegetables and cream - allows patrons to witness how fresh the food really is.
