I'm a big Salata fan and have been eating there a few times a week for months now. However, I wanted to comment on a recent development that is keeping me from eating there. In the past there has been a very friendly female cashier. She has been replaced by a very unfriendly male cashier. I had noticed his strange demeanor before, but two weeks ago I went in and was appalled at what he did. As I was going through the line, he was standing by the server basically telling him he was giving me too much (of the ingredients I was standing there requesting). I was so appalled and angry and will not go back until he is gone. How rude!

I LOVE this place! It is delicious, nutritious, and not too expensive. Also, the salad is big so I'm never left feeling hungry. The people that work there are really nice too and I love how the inside is set up though I usually get my food to go. I recommend Salata to anyone who wants to stay healthy without starving themselves. I go there whenever I can! I would honestly rather have a Salata salad than have a Chick Fil A meal or something like that even if the calories didn't count or whatever. I just love a good meal that doesn't make me feel guilty after eating it. Salata is honestly my favorite restaurant and if you try it, it will be yours too! (try spinach salad with shrimp, peas, grapes, strawberries, pumpkin seeds, artichoke hearts, carrots, snap peas, pineapples, broccoli, and green herb vinegrette. YUM!!!) God Bless~

Salata is one of a kind! It is so clean every time I go in there to eat. Everything looks and tastes so fresh and delicious. The staff is very friendly and will let you taste all the wonderful dressings and meat toppings. The pesto and Asian barbecue chicken are so good. The wraps are huge and so tasty. Whenever I eat there I am full the rest of the day without being tired. It is great. I eat there 3-4 times a week and all my co-workers absolutely love it. We never get sick of it. There are so many toppings to choose from and they are so fresh. Salata is great!!! Thank you for providing a filling fresh healthy product.

Salata is soooo good! Excellent! My friends and I are all addicted and eat there about three times a week. All the dressings are amazing and fresh. The Fresh Herb Vinaigrette is delicious. Everythings is so fresh and cut perfectly. Also, they don't charge by weighing it or by toppings. Everything is unlimited and there are over 50 toppings to choose from. The salads are amazing..the wraps are amazing. I love this place!!! I wish they would put one closer to SMU!

The best casual salad place in all Dallas. Great value. Very fresh salads and extremely clean and quick service. I have eaten there several times with many friends and we all love it!!! No complaints whatsoever. We keep going back!!!

Excellent food and service! Very clean and inviting atmosphere. It was great to be able to get a salad and drink under $10. Great place for lunch! Love the sesame dressing!!!! Will definitely be back.

Excellent vegetarian restaurant in Dallas area. Vegan friendly. You won't be disappointed even you are not a vegetarian. It's situated in a Hare Krishna Temple, so the whole experience was quite special and spiritual!

I know this is only one review but I hope others will read this... The manager Karlo is a dismissive jerk. We were having a wonderful time the food was great! Until half way through the meal a waiter spilled red wine
