Ryans in Elizabethtown, KY was going downhill fast! A new manager, Mr. David Fiscus, came on board and we (as VERY regular diners) have again come to have faith in Ryans. He has cleaned it up; used methods to improve the hotness and freshness of foods (i.e., fried chicken, fish, etc.); his waiters and waitresses are friendly and on the ball. We are so proud of him and what he has done. The other two managers, Tom and Eddie (not sure of this one's name), are also very nice. We have been with Ryans since its inception in Elizabethtown, but had practically quit going there due to cold food, dirty floors, etc. Kudos to David Fiscus!!! He should be remunerated over and above his regular salary. He has saved this particular restaurant from "self destructing"!
