I visited the Farmington Hills, MI Ruby Tuesday on Saturday November 19, 2011. My server was Shari never have I received such prompt and attentive service, she was very knowledgable about the menu and specials as well as the flavors of tea/lemonade. She was training another young lady named (Dani) and did not let that interfere with providing the most pleassant dining experience I've had in a while as much as we complain when we receive poor service I just wanted to take a moment to say kudos to Shari keep up the great service, would definetly dine here again and ask for you.

We found our experience to be very pleasant. The menu had lots of options and was very affordable. The services was pretty good and better than most places in the area. It felt as if Ruby Tuesday is trying to separate themselves from other like chains. We will be back.

Extremely poor service: food was undercooked and my order was misfilled. BUT the worst part was that the employees mocked and demeaned me. After this experience, I will honestly never eat BK again.
