I will never go back to Rosie o'Gradys. With the exception of the waiter who was very attentive and polite, the food was overpriced, poor quality in preparation and presentation. Whatever they are doing in the kitchen, is all wrong. Want a successful restaurant? Do the exact opposite of what they do in their kitchen.
We tried ordering 2 side dishes with our steaks which were undercooked by a lot, and they didn't have any more. How does a restaurant run out of Asparagus AND spinach in New York City? Aren't there produce grocers on practically every block in Manhattan? The bread was hard and stale, the food was just barely above room temperature, and the quality was that of a chain restaurant, for 32.95 per steak. Awful.

The staff treated my party rudely. When I mentioned it to the manager she said, "I told the girls to stop harrassing customers." The food was good but the waiter never came back to see how the food was or if anyone wanted another beverage. What really caught me off guard is when it was time to finally be seated at a table to eat the hostess shoved my niece and told her to move quickly.
